Check in was easy & fast, rooms are clean, spacious & well-appointed. Bathrooms are a tiny bit small & toiletries are pump bottles attached to the wall which impacts accessibility.
Towels are big & fluffy.
On-site restaurant was a big bonus. Good variety of meals, reasonably priced. Service was fast & quality was very good.
The rooms are reasonably priced for location and how dated the room was. The room was great for what we needed one for. Staff were friendly, accommodating (letting us be able to relax to eat at the buffet breakfast at 8:45am when closes at …
Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were lovely and clean. Comfortable beds with nice fresh linen. Meals from downstairs were very enjoyable. The chefs special cheesecake was most delicious and the recommendations of the lovely girl working behind the desk at check in was absolutely delightful. Overall if I need accommodation again in Adelaide I certainly wouldn't hesitate to stay there again
Was great to walk into a nice cool air-conditioned room, very clean and clean smelling also. Nice comfortable bed and nice soft fluffy bath towels, also love the soaps, shampoo and conditioner in refillable containers. Very handy to have the restaurant with excellent food too. Thankyou to all staff.
This was my first time here and it is certainly not a cheap or budget hotel. They Rate themselves, or claim to be a 4 Star hotel. Personally I would consider it 3-3.5 at best.||||They are not a 24 x 7 operation, so you would have trouble …
It was a noisy, poorly fitted out room with a squeaky fan, wall air conditioner control that meant hopping over a single bed on wheels to turn it on, broken tv remote- for a tv that barely worked so 🤷 ||Tiny bathroom, hazardous carpet lumo …
A good stay at the Royal coach for the cricket test match. Clean room with friendly staff. We had a family room, which was quiet large. It had 2 single beds and a queen size bed. Unfortunately cricket did not last that long ||
Some of the bathrooms are a bit dated but hotel is otherwise very good. Rooms are spacious, generally well maintained/clean and customer service is good.
Restuarant in the lobby probably wont be taking home any hats but the service was friendly and the food was good.
Little bit of a walk into the city but the local area has plenty of restaurants etc.
